Dan, serviced both of you heating systems. While there he pointed out that there was no fresh air coming into the system. He said all home from 2016 on have fresh air returns because new homes are built so tight. Dan suggested we have an air quality inspector come out and see what they could do. If not for Dan I would have been telling my wife and getting "that's not the problem. Thanks Dan!

We found this business after getting a first quote to fix our AC unit for $3k-5k. The issue the first business told us wasn't even accurate as we came to find out. The SG tech was at our door 2 hrs after I called. He immediately assessed the situation and was able to fix it in 2hrs at a tenth of the first quote. I'm glad he was so knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection so we got the right fix. Another bonus was that he was friendly and kept me informed the entire time of what he was doing. Could not recommend them more highly!

Came out on a Sunday and did great work

Dan and Ivan offer value for the money. They installed a Carrier Unit in our townhome. However, they did not upcharge us for things we did not need, like a new whole house thermostat and Copper piping( found on other estimates). We received just what we needed start to finish. The entire process Was seamless. They were Prompt courteous, professional. Their communication was awesome and consistent. Their invoices were so timely frequent and organized. They mean what they say, They follow through and They can be trusted. A definite plus has been Their association with another 5 Star HVAC company in the area that we have used for Service several times but Was not available this time. Give this relatively newer Business a chance! They replaced our unit on a holiday weekend when everyone else we called was backed up at least a week. They get the job done!
